Rail Rush puts you in the engineer's seat of a mine cart racing through twisting underground tunnels. Steer left and right to collect gold nuggets and gems while avoiding obstacles, gaps in the track, and oncoming carts. The speed increases steadily, demanding faster reactions and sharper reflexes.
