Privacy Policy
This notice explains data use on playhub.infosmotus.com, an Infosmotus browser game website. Updated November 6, 2026. Contact: 19898710738@163.com.
Information and purposes
Requests to this website can expose your IP address, User-Agent, browser and device information, referring page, requested URLs, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, interactions, browsing history on this site and cookie or similar identifiers. Servers receive request data automatically to deliver pages, secure the service, diagnose faults and measure performance. Advertising services may use page visits and identifiers for ad delivery, frequency limits, fraud prevention, reporting and, with the required permission, personalised advertising.
There is no account registration or on-site submission form in this version. If you email us, we receive your address, message and any information you choose to send, to respond and handle requests. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
Google advertising and your choices
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or other websites. Google and its partners use advertising cookies to enable personalised advertising based on visits to this and other sites. Where Google Ad Manager / AdX or AdSense inventory is enabled, Google and advertisers independently select and process advertising information.
You may turn off personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings. See How Google uses information from sites that use its services, Google advertising technologies and Google Privacy Policy. Disabling personalisation does not remove all advertising.
Services and recipients
| Service | Data and use | Information / choices |
|---|---|---|
| Website hosting | IP, requested URL, browser and error logs; delivery and security. The hosting provider is not identifiable from this static source. | Email us for current hosting details. |
| Google Ad Manager / AdX and AdSense, when enabled | Ad requests, page context, device, IP and advertising identifiers; advertising, measurement and invalid traffic protection. | Personalisation settings · Privacy |
| Embedded games: datinginfo.top and gamescdn.top | When you launch an embedded game, its host receives your IP, browser information, game interactions and any identifiers it sets. Its embedded content may contact additional services. | datinginfo.top · gamescdn.top. Review notices inside the game; restrict third-party storage in your browser. |
| NetEase / 163 Mail | Messages you send to our 163.com contact address, sender details and attachments; support and privacy correspondence. | Provider information |
Google Analytics is not configured in the inspected source; no Analytics account is represented as active here. Images, fonts and styles in the redesigned interface are served locally. No additional advertising network or external CDN is configured in this source. If additional ad networks are enabled through the advertising account, their names, privacy links and opt-out links must appear in the certified consent message and this notice before they process data. The vendor list in that message identifies the partners actually enabled for your visit.
Cookies and similar storage
Necessary storage may support technical operation, security and consent choices, set by the website, its host or the certified consent provider. This interface does not set a login cookie. Analytics storage, where subsequently configured with the required permission, measures usage. Advertising storage is set by Google, its enabled partners or embedded game providers for delivery, frequency control, measurement and personalisation. Examples used by Google services may include IDE and _gcl_au; their presence depends on the enabled products and consent. These are not a claim that every listed cookie is present.
You can inspect, remove or block cookies in your browser and restrict third-party cookies. Some embedded games may stop working when their storage is blocked. Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to reopen the available consent interface.
EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland
Advertising in these regions requires the applicable disclosures and consent through a Google-certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. The first layer must clearly mention advertising personalisation and offer acceptance and rejection, with access to purposes and vendors. A general “we use cookies” notice is insufficient. Where deployed, that certified message records your choices and lets you withdraw them. If it is unavailable, contact us using the address above; this policy itself does not record consent or substitute for that platform.
Retention
This static site has no visitor profile database. Our operational retention schedule is: routine server access and error logs, up to 30 days; security incident records, up to 90 days unless needed for an active investigation; ordinary support correspondence, up to 12 months after closure; privacy request verification and response records, up to 24 months after closure where necessary to demonstrate compliance. These limits are the operator's schedule and require the matching host and mailbox settings. Legal preservation obligations may require longer retention, limited to the relevant records.
Third-party cookies and advertising records follow the supplier's published periods and your settings, rather than a single retention period controlled by us. For example, Google Ads measurement storage can persist for about 90 days; exact cookie lifetimes vary by product, location and changes to the supplier's policies. Your certified consent message describes the applicable storage duration; review Google's cookie information. Consent records follow the configured CMP retention and renewal period.
Rights and requests
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, a portable copy, or object to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Email 19898710738@163.com with “Privacy request” and describe the right you wish to exercise and enough context to locate the information. We may request proportionate identity verification; do not send identity documents unless specifically needed. We aim to respond within one month, subject to applicable law and permitted extensions. You may complain to your local data protection authority. For data controlled independently by Google or a game provider, their privacy channels may be needed as well.
Legal grounds, transfers and children
Where applicable, we rely on consent for optional advertising storage and personalisation, legitimate interests for security and service operation, and legal duties for required records. Providers may process data outside your country, using applicable safeguards; see Google's transfer safeguards. Games are intended for users aged 13 or older, or a higher minimum age required locally, with parental guidance for minors. We do not knowingly request children's personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied it.
Updates and contact
Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised date and, where required, a prominent site notice or a new consent request. For the current operator's identity, hosting details or any privacy concern, contact 19898710738@163.com.
