Who may use this site
You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age required in your country. If you are under the age of legal adulthood, use the service with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian. Individual games may carry additional age restrictions.
Content and intellectual property
Original Infosmotus text, original graphics, layout and brand marks belong to their respective rights holders. You may read and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Except where law or a specific licence permits, you must not copy, republish, distribute, sell, create commercial derivative works from, or otherwise commercially exploit protected content without permission. Acceptable use
Do not attack, overload or interfere with the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, harvest personal data, impersonate others, automate abusive requests, scrape content contrary to permissions or applicable law, or submit illegal, infringing, deceptive or abusive material. Normal search engine indexing and lawful accessibility tools are permitted. We may restrict abusive access where reasonably necessary.
Information and third-party services
Games are provided by independent developers and may be hosted in third-party frames. Availability, performance and suitability vary by game and device. Review the provider’s instructions and privacy terms. Links do not imply endorsement. Third-party services operate under their own terms.
Google advertising
Where enabled, we display advertising through Google Ad Manager / AdX or AdSense. Google is an independent third party. Google and advertisers control ad selection, creative content, destination pages and their independent data processing. Infosmotus does not control that content or guarantee an advertised product. An ad is not an editorial recommendation. Report concerning ads to us and through Google's reporting tools.
Disclaimer and limits of responsibility
To the extent allowed by law, the site and content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free content or the safety of external destinations. To the extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from site use, third-party games, advertisements or linked content. Our liability for ordinary direct losses is limited to amounts paid to us for the service in the preceding 12 months. Governing law and disputes
